My intention is to empower and assist you by enhancing your personal growth and well-being, using spiritually guided solutions and a bespoke combination of tools, techniques, and compassionate support designed to meet your unique needs.
2. Client Discretion:
All suggestions and guidance provided are crafted to empower and enlighten you, presenting a range of possibilities for your consideration. The final decisions, however, are always yours. My role is to support, facilitate, and guide your process, offering insights and assistance, while respecting your autonomy in choosing the path that aligns with your desires and values.
3. Scope of Services:
These highly personalized support services are crafted to empower individuals by unlocking their unique potential and guiding them through transformative change. With a tailored, individualized approach, I assist clients in navigating life’s most significant transitions with clarity, purpose, and growth. Together, we explore new possibilities and embrace fresh beginnings with confidence, strength, and a deeper connection to self.
4. Limitation of Liability:
While I am dedicated to offering the highest level of support, I am not responsible for the outcomes of the decisions you make following our sessions. My role is that of a trusted guide and facilitator, here to provide insights and assistance when needed, but ultimately, the decisions you make remain in your hands.
5. Confidentiality:
Trust is the cornerstone of our work together. All information shared during our sessions will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality and respect, ensuring your privacy is always safeguarded.
6. Respectful Working Environment
To ensure you receive the highest level of service, I kindly ask that you allocate sufficient time for your scheduled session, including an additional 30 minutes for integration afterward. Please ensure you have a quiet, private space free from distractions, where you can speak openly and freely. You are responsible for ensuring your environment is equipped with a comfortable chair, tissues, water, and a solid understanding of the necessary technology, including Zoom, your computer, camera, microphone, and any other relevant devices. A well-prepared and supportive setting will allow you to fully engage and benefit from our time together.
7. Satisfaction and Service Assurance Policy
I believe in a deeply collaborative partnership on your journey. While I provide insights, guidance, and support, the ultimate decisions and directions you choose are yours. I am committed to delivering excellence in my work; however, the responsibility for the outcomes lies in your hands, as your choices will shape the results.
In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances, I cannot accept liability for incidental outcomes. Your active and engaged participation ensures we remain aligned with your unique needs and preferences throughout our time together. If, for any reason, you feel unsatisfied with the service provided, please inform me promptly. We will address your concerns thoroughly, and, depending on the situation, I may offer a refund or service credit to reflect my commitment to your satisfaction.

Should you have any reservations or wish to discuss any aspect in more detail, please do so prior to finalizing your agreement.
“I understand that my treatment notes will include personal information, health history, and documentation of any issues discussed, interventions, treatment planning, goals, and progress. All records will be securely stored to the best ability of Dinah J Armstrong/A Bridge To Light, using trusted software providers who specialize in ensuring the confidentiality and security of data. While every effort is made to protect my information, I understand that, as with any service relying on third-party software, there may be rare instances beyond control. Nevertheless, Dinah J Armstrong/A Bridge To Light is committed to maintaining the highest standards of data protection and confidentiality.”
