Feeling overwhelmed?
Stuck? Let’s find the next step.
Practical support and thoughtful conversation when home or life feels difficult to manage.
Sometimes you need more than advice, but you may not know exactly what kind of help would make a difference. I offer calm, practical support with home tasks, errands, organising, paperwork and technology—shaped around what you need.
Thoughtful support when practical things feel hard to manage.
You do not need to know exactly what kind of help you need before getting in touch.
Am I in the right place?
This may be the right support if life feels hard to begin
You may know that something needs to change, without being able to see where to start. The difficulty may be practical, emotional or simply the result of too many things building up at once.
Things have piled up
Home tasks, errands, papers or decisions have become difficult to face or organise.
You cannot find a starting point
You need someone calm beside you to see what matters and help make a beginning.
Life is changing
Grief, uncertainty, overwhelm or transition is making ordinary things harder to manage.
Advice is not quite enough
You want thoughtful conversation together with practical help to move something forward.
What makes this different
More than an extra pair of hands
The value is not simply in how much gets done during an hour. It is in having someone steady beside you who can see what matters, help make a beginning and keep things moving without pressure or judgement.
A cleaner is there to clean, and a friend may be able to listen. My work brings practical action and thoughtful conversation together, so the support can respond to what is actually making life difficult.

A clear way to begin
The Next Step Reset
A focused, practical and thoughtful support visit for when life feels stuck, cluttered, uncertain or hard to begin.
This visit is for when you need more than a quick conversation, but you do not want to commit to ongoing support. It gives us enough time to pause, talk through what feels most pressing, choose a manageable starting point and take practical steps together.
We may sort papers, clear a small area, reset part of a room, work with technology, plan the next few tasks or simply begin something that has felt too hard to face alone.
What is included
A short phone check-in before the visit, so we know where to start
A morning or afternoon in-home visit, usually around three hours
Practical support with sorting, organising, tidying, paperwork, planning, technology or getting started
A simple next-step summary after the visit, if helpful
This is not charged minute by minute. It is a morning or afternoon support visit designed to help you feel clearer, steadier and more able to take the next step.
